2008 was great.

Ups and Downs of 2008:

+fell in love.

+got accepted to the Russia Studies Program

+went to Russia.

+fell in love with Russia.

+met some amazing people.

+gained a global perspective on God's love.

+hiked some Washington mountains.

+hiked a small California 'mountain'.

+bought a new purple phone.

+moved in with my wives.

+fell in love with baby xana.

+went to some beautiful weddings.

+discovered a love of journalism.

+discovered a love of photography.

+discovered a love for teaching english.

+went gluten-free

-went gluten-free.

-lost a few friends.

-missed out on memories in seattle.

-Patrick Hickey's death.

-Jay Jaeger's death.

-the economy crashing.

-seeing my friends stressed about money and jobs.

-Dr. Dealia Nuesch-Olver leaving the theology faculty.

All in all, 2008 was great. But in 2009, I'm going to shine.
